Right to complain

In order for your complaint to be approved:

The complaint must be made within 3 years after the purchase was made.

The complaint needs to be approved by our customer service.

The defect must not have arisen as a result of wear or damage caused by careless use.
When you as a customer want to make a complaint and sends the defective product to us, you are responsible for the complaint until we have received it.
